So I know I just posted but I wanted to add this mostly so I dont ever forget it.  I have been seeing other cancer buddies go on their Make-A-Wish trips, so out of curiosity I asked Skyler if he could do anything or go anywhere in the world that would make him happy what would it be.  He replied "To not be sick anymore."  Wow, I had to leave the room because I couldnt hold the tears back.  That one broke my heart.

I will hope and pray every night for Skyler's wish to come true!! I hate that Skyler has had a rough couple days, so I will pray extra hard so that he has better ones. Crystal, as always, you are an amazing mom!

:( That must have been a hard one to hear...made me want to cry too. What phase of tx is Skyler in? Is he in Delayed Intensification? I remember that was the hardest part for my little man...he felt icky and body aches and so tired all the time... but that was definitely the 'hump' we needed to get over and it has been a much easier downhill ride from there. I hope that this is the hump for you guys to get over and I hope that everything starts to ease up and get easier for you from here on out. You've made it this far like some troopers, so you can do it!!!

Nolan had the same wish. It's heartbreaking to hear from such a little guy. Big hugs to you both.

Whoa......that just tore my heart out for ur tough little guy! Gosh, just isn't right nor fair he has had to endure soooooooo dang much and continues to. I just don't understand why pure, innocent little kids have to get such a horrible disease....I honestly don't! Makes me mad....my mom had stage 4 cancer but, she was an adult (not that it mks it ok or btr). But, with kids.....I will NEVER understand. Breaks my heart. U two are absolutely amazing. U both r always in our prayers.

We just spent a week in Disney World. My husband stood in line with a little boy who just finished his treatments for A.L.L. (Make-a-wish button on his shirt). He was having a FABULOUS time but was disappointed that his little brother wasn't tall enough to ride Aero Smith's Rockin' Roller Coaster! You have lots of great times ahead!
